WHAT IS FTP?
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is what you use to transfer files from your computer to any other accessable computer on the Internet – or vice-versa. It is essentially the same process you use in copying files around your own computer but used to move files from/to any accessable computer on the Internet. For example, downloading software or uploading files to your Website.
