| USERNAMES & PASSWORDS |
|
|
Usernames and passwords are case sensitive (MYusername is different to myusername, myPassword is different to mypassword) and should contain no spaces. Be sure your "CapsLock" is not on when typing them.
These not only identify you to us as clients, but they are vital to your security for email and connectivity. Always keep your password stored in a secure place.

WHAT IS FTP?
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is what you use to transfer files from your computer to any other accessable computer on the Internet – or vice-versa. It is essentially the same process you use in copying files around your own computer but used to move files from/to any accessable computer on the Internet. For example, downloading software or uploading files to your Website. |
